Returns Policy FAQ

1. Are the products returnable or refundable?

We do not offer returns or refunds due to the nature of vintage products. Prior to ordering we are willing to send photos or videos of stock if you request us to do so. We are often busy spending a considerable amount of time putting the orders together and we always ensure every order has the highest quality and most sought after items included to prevent any returns. Please note we are a business to business retail company so please only purchase if you are a business. We do not issue refunds, nor do we issue exchanges unless an item is deemed to be faulty.

2. What if an item is faulty?

If an item has somehow been graded incorrectly and is significantly damaged or faulty, we can either offer an exchange, a store credit or a full refund. Please do let us know within a week of receiving the order, by sending an email to brandedvintagewholesale@outlook.com with your invoice number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
